Queens Own Hussars (QOH) NCOs Chromed Arm Badge
A light allow metal chromed example with three original blades to the reverse (folded over), but in unissued / mint condition. It would have been worn on a Garter blue backing cloth, the blades pushed through this and then the badge backing sewn to the uniform sleeve to avoid holing the sleeve. The QEII version was introduced in the late 1960s. Worn until amalgamation in 1993.

I will give the leather a mild treatment with renaissance wax before posting to make it more supple. Gilt remains bright and fresh. Scarce.
