Honorary British Legion Boxed Enamel Lapel Badge with Membership Card

Issue number 39722 on both the box and impressed on the back of the badge, which is in near mint condition, comes with small folding honorary membership card issued to an A.L. Ford, admitted to the Legion on 30 September 1934. Name of Branch 'Hurst' and located in Winnersh (Wokingham, Berkshire). Wear to box and internal folds of membership card. Came together.

A good original matching pair of circa 1907 to 1950 period 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve QAIMNSR nickel badges', worn on on the collar, but also as a cap badge, the reverse of each embossed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'.
