Whilst they bear a QVC crown, this pattern of button with this crown was worn post 1902 by the 47th (Middlesex Yeomanry) Signals Squadron (V). Gilt buttons, the gilt dulled on the smaller of the two, both with fixed shanks and the larger maker marked JR Gaunt & Son Ltd, London, the smaller 'Made in England'. Circa 22mm and 17mm respectively. Some verdigris to reverse of smaller button.
