Northumberland Fusiliers Volunteer / Territorial Battalions White Metal Other Ranks Cap Badge

Northumberland Fusiliers Volunteer / Territorial Battalions White Metal Other Ranks Cap Badge

A scarce die stamped white metal example with its original slider. In very good worn condition with good detail.

Worn by the Volunteer Battalions pre 1908, but continued to be worn by their successor Territorial Battalions in white metal until 1914. Given it has a slider this is most likely a post 1910 issue. Scarce.

The Royal Fusiliers Regiment (City of London Regiment) (7th Foot) - Small Pattern Other Ranks Brass Cap Badge

Bi Metal Cast Musicians Badge - Unidentified

Bi Metal Cast Musicians Badge - Unidentified

A well made and early item of two part construction with King's crown and two original lugs to the reverse. To the centre of brass star is mounted a St George slaying the dragon. Possibly a civilian band item / youth orgianisation badge. Circa 5.5cm tall. I have seen a similar badge with a bi-metal Prince of Wales's feather plume to the centre which leads me to suspect this was worn by som...  read more
