Oxfordshire Light Infantry Boer War Period Cut Down Matched and Facing Cloth Woven Shoulder Titles
Cut down from the shoulder epaulettes and edged with a white border. Heavily woven white on scarlet, some edge wear removed from uniform. Each circa 4.5cm square. One of which (the forward facing one may have been worn on the sun helmet pagri cloth). Rare.
The reference to Buckinghamshire was not added until 1908.

A fine silver plated example. Two circular two piece discs in silver showing silver strung bugles at centre with outer turned rope surrounds. At rear three loop attachments (one slightly bent over). Pre WW1 British Army Drummers Scarlet Tunic Jacket
In remarkable condition for age, complete with all general service buttons, unlined. No label so unable to date precisely but this looks like a circa 1913 pattern tunic to me. A couple of grenade shoulder titles but could be any number of units. Small as one would expect but no details on size. A few moth grazes but minor and would make a fine display piece.
